Luxury in the sky.  This Brisbane home, wanted to give you that Gold Coast penthouse feel, with all the bells and whistles.  The investor and builder on this project started from scratch. With all the apartments in this building selling for over 1 million they needed to go next level with the top 2 floors.

We worked on both the penthouse that sold for $3,300,000 that came with its own roof top bar and entertainment area, and this double sided apartment one level down yet still giving you that penthouse feel.

The goal for these apartments was the right sale price.

So the investor, invested in italian imported floor tiles, and top of the line materials for all rooms. Custom cabinets for the walk in robe in the master and the kitchen.  This builder based in the Gold Coast, was contracted to create this space from scratch. So they knocked out the dividing wall and made 2 apartments one big luxury home.

Team Swift came in near the end of the project to complete a builders clean, and then a pre-sale clean to ensure that this home apartment sparkled for open home day. This made the stylist very happy.  If you are going to invest in staging your home then a pre-sale clean is required. These two go hand in hand. You can’t have one without the other.

From our survey in 2017 where we got 1,000 buyers to tell us what is important to them.

Buyers tell us while styling the home is great, it is only item 6 on their priority list. If you don’t clean the home, then staging won’t have a major impact on their decision making process. The furniture doesn’t come with the home, but paints the picture of what could be. But what appeals to the buyer the most is a clean and tidy home. So invest your money wisely.
