The Renovator Builder made contact with Team Swift on this project to make sure the home was ready for open home day.

External Clean included

Garden tidy up, new mulch in garden beds, new front lawns for street appeal. We even put a street number up so you could find the home with certinancy and no guesswork required. Driveway, patio and balcony got a pressure clean.

Internal Clean included

Cleaning up after the trades had been through the home, then cleaning up after the humans had moved out of the home. This included removing 10+ years of dust out of the air conditioner filters and the bugs out of the light fittings.

Medium repairs included

Patch and paint to walls in the bedrooms. The office got a repaint to neutralize the room. The cabinetry got a standard maintenance service. New carpets went into the bedrooms.  This is to give the home a new modern look.
